摘要医学图像三维重建,是计算机图形学和数字图像处理技术在生物医学工程中的重要应用,它涉及到计算机图形学、数字图像处理、生物医学工程等多种技术,是一项多学科交叉的研究课题,也是目前的一个研究热点。医学三维重建技术在医学诊断、手术规划、模拟仿真、整形及假肢外科、解剖教学等方面都有重要应用。68012
首先简单介绍三维重建中面绘制法的移动立方体法(MC)、移动四面体法(MT)、剖分立方体法和体绘制法中的光线投射法(Ray Casting) 、足迹法(Splatting)、错切形变法(Shear-Warp)等,重点研究了MC算法和RC算法。本文利用可视化工具包VTK对取得的肾脏图像完成了基于移动立方体面绘制算法研究与仿真实现和基于光线投射法体绘制算法研究与仿真实现,并对肾脏血管的重建加以分析。最后在三维重建的基础上,研究了三维重建体的平面切割技术,仿真实现了重建体的多平面切割。

Title three-dimensional reconstruction of medical image of kidney
Abstract
The 3D reconstruction of medical image, it is an important application of computer graphics and digital image processing technology in biomedical engineering, which involves many kinds of technology of computer graphics, digital image processing, biomedical engineering, is an interdisciplinary research topic, it also is a research hotspot at present. Medical three-dimensional reconstruction technique has important application.in medical diagnosis, operation planning, simulating, plastic and artificial limb surgery, and teaching in anatomy.
First introduces the marching cubes surface rendering method of 3D reconstruction (MC), marching tetrahedron method (MT), piding cubes method and volume rendering method of Ray Casting, Splatting, Shear-Warp, focusing on the research of MC algorithm and RC algorithm. In this paper, using the Visualization Toolkit VTK on renal image has completed the research and simulation realization based on the marching cubes surface rendering algorithm and ray-casting volume rendering algorithm, and reconstruction of the renal vascular analysis. Finally, based on 3D reconstruction, it studies 3D reconstruction technology level of the slicing, simulation of the slicing plane reconstruction body.
