摘要:随着我国互联网金融的高速发展,P2P网络借贷行业已成为目前最为灵活便捷的借贷途径,其中,车辆抵押借款因其独特的优势成为发展最为迅速的借贷模式。而车贷行业的竞争也变得日益激烈,高利润的 P2P借贷行业也逐渐进入到微利时代,如何调整利率并平衡借款与理财客户之间的利润,使借贷公司的利润达到最大化已成为P2P行业最重要的运营方式之一。P2P借贷平台尽可能的的降低自己公司的借款利率来吸引更多的客户贷款,同时尽可能的提高自己的理财利率以寻求更多的资金支持,同时还需更完善的匹配每一时间段的客户,避免因债权或资金短缺造成的损失。
针对以上问题,本论文采用众信公司开业至今的实际运营数据,运用数据挖掘方法,建立简单的盈利模型,利用SPSS软件挖掘,从资金、资产和逾期三个方面对P2P车辆抵押贷款行业的利润进行分析研究。结合实习公司的实际运作,对借款客户的数量和金额进行拟合,预估未来的资产增量;对理财客户的理财金额进行拟合,预估平台未来的资金增量;台可以从这三个方面入手来改善运营方式,以加强自身的竞争力,寻再选择客户的逾期因素以此进行方差分析,用分析结果来估计平台的资金损失率;结合资金、资产和逾期情况这三个方面来研究P2P借贷平台的利润。这样,平求更优的利润。70181

Application of Data Mining in vehicle mortgage
Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet finance in China.P2P network borrowing industry has become the most flexible and convenient way to borrow. Among them, Vehicle mortgage borrowing has become the fastest growing lending model because of its unique advantages. And the competition in the vehicle mortgage industry has become increasingly fierce. P2P lending industry from high profits gradually into the micro-profit era. How to adjust the interest rate and balance the profits between borrowers and financial customers, So that the lending platform to achieve the best profits,this has become one of the most important methods of P2P industry operation. On the one hand, P2P lending platform hopes to minimize their borrowing rates to attract more car loan customers, on the other hand, as much as possible to improve their financial interest rates to seek more financial support. But also need to better match each time period of the customer to avoid loss caused by the debt or the shortage of funds.
In view of the above problems, this paper adopts the actual operation data of Creditall Company since its opening, uses the data mining method to establish a simple profit model, and uses SPSS software to excavate the profits of P2P vehicle mortgage industry from three aspects of capital, assets and overdue. Combined with the actual operation of the internship company, make a curve fit on the number and cost of borrowing customers to estimate future asset increments, also make a curve fit on the investment amount of financial customers to estimate future Capital increments. And then use the customer’s overdue factors to do variance analysis, determine the rate of loss of funds. Combined with these three parties to study the profits of P2P lending platform. In this way, the platform can start from these three aspects to improve the mode of operation to strengthen their own competitiveness, to seek better profits.
