摘要本文主要研究的内容是枯草芽孢杆菌对水产养殖水体的净化作用。采用模拟水产养殖水体,通过试验组和对照组进行比较实验。向试验组中投入枯草芽孢杆菌,对水体中的各项水质指标(氨氮、亚硝态氮、总氮、硝态氮、COD、pH值、DO等)进行监测。分析结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌可以有效降低水中氨氮、亚硝态氮、总氮、COD等物质的含量,其中氨氮的去除率可达45%,亚硝态氮去除率可达60%,并且可以有效抑制水体pH值的增长。试验组中的水质明显要好于对照组,鱼增重明显,十分有利于鱼类的生长,这对于水产养殖业的发展具有重要意义。10390

Title: Research on Purification of Water Body in
Aquaculture by Bacillus Subtilis
Abstract
Purification of water body in aquaculture by Bacillus Subtilis was studied in the paper. Simulated aquaculture water was used with the test group and control group. Bacillus Subtilis was applied in the test group. Various indicators of water quality, such as ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, total nitrogen, nitrate, COD, pH and DO, were detected. The results show that Bacillus Subtilis could effectively reduce the ammonia, nitrite, total nitrogen, COD and other substances. Removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was up to 45%. Removal rate of nitrite was up to 60%. The growth of pH in water could be controlled effectively. The water quality in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group. Fish in the test group also grew better than that in the control group. It was very important for the development of aquaculture.
