摘要生产性粉尘不仅对人们的生活和工作带来了健康上的隐患,诱发很多疾病,而且严重危害了生态环境。由于生产性粉尘对国家、社会的危害极大,很多国家都把车间粉尘的监测和防治作为安全生产的前提保障。简易、高效、兼容性强的车间粉尘浓度检测器不仅可以正确评估工作环境的劳动卫生条件和降尘效果,预测粉尘的危害程度,而且能利用有效的降尘措施,减少爆炸事故和降低尘肺病患病率。本课题基于AT89C51单片机主控芯片,完成车间粉尘检测报警系统的电路及软件设计。硬件电路设计主要包括单片机外围电路的设计和传感器选型,另外本设计加入红外遥控模块以适应不良的工作环境下对系统的控制功能。设计可以实现时间和测量值在液晶屏上的实时显示和在一定情况下的报警功能。并在最后给出了设计在Proteus中的仿真结果和红外模块在开发板上的验证结果。28964

Title A Design of Workshop Dust Detection Alarm System
Abstract
Dust production not only brought health risks to people's life and work,but also induce many diseases, and serious harm to the ecological environment. Since the workshop dust monitoring and control as a guarantee of safety production in the production of dust to the state and society harm greatly, a lot of countries. Simple, efficient and strong compatibility workshop dust concentration detector can not only correctly assess the work environment of labour health condition and drop dust, dust hazard prediction, but also can use the effective dust control measures, reduce explosion accidents and reduce the morbidity of pneumoconiosis. This paper is based on AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer control chip, complete the workshop dust detection and alarm circuit design and software system. Hardware circuit design mainly includes MCU peripheral circuit design and sensor selection and also the design with infrared remote control module to adapt to adverse working environment of system control functions. The design can realize the time and the measured value is displayed in real time on the LCD screen and the alarm function in certain circumstances. And finally validated the simulation results in Proteus design and development board in the infrared module.
