摘要可见光通信(Visible light communication ,VLC)技术作为一种新兴的无线光通信技术,它将照明和通信结合为一体,在照明的同时将信息在光束上进行调制从而实现通信的功能。 在照明方面,白光 LED高效又节能环保,已然成为下一代照明光源的主流技术。在通信方面,可见光通信可以在飞机,医院等一些对电磁波非常敏感的场合得到广泛应用。在安全性方面也有一定的保证。诸多的优点,使得可见光通信技术受到的关注也越来越多,已经成为了各大高校和许多科研机构的研究热点,有着非常广阔的发展前景。 本论文首先对国内外可见光通信的研究现状和发展趋势进行了分析,对白光 LED 的内部结构、发光原理及光谱特性、调制特性等物理特性进行了讨论。其次本文主要针对点对点可见光无线通信系统,采用直射式链路形式和强度调制/直接检测技术(Intensity Modulation/Direct Detection,IM/DD) ,设计出的系统电路包括LED驱动电路、PIN前置放大电路、滤波电路、二级放大电路,最后对其进行了仿真,验证了可行性。 30905

Title The Research of Indoor Visible Light Wireless Communication System and Hardware design
Abstract Visible light communication (VLC) technology, as a new wireless optical communication technology, it leads lighting and communication to be combined into a whole, besides, the information on the beam is modulated in order to achieve communication in the lighting at the same time. In the lighting, white LED is green, efficient and energy-saving, it become the mainstream technology of the next generation lighting source. In communications, the visible light communication can be widely used in the aircraft, hospitals, and some other scenes where the use of radio frequencies is ill-advised. In the aspect of safety it is also guaranteed. Such advantages lead the visible light communication technology to be more and more concerned .It has become a major research focus in the major colleges and many scientific research institutions, and it has a great development potential. This paper first analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status and development trend of visible light communication technology. The internal structure of the white LED, luminous principle and physical properties such as spectrum, modulation are discussed. Second, this paper in view of the point-to-point optical wireless communication system, adopt the direct link form and intensity modulation/direct detection (IM/DD) technology, designed the system circuit including LED drive circuit, the PIN preamplifier circuit, filter circuit and the secondary amplifying circuit. Finally, the simulation was carried out to verify the feasibility.
