摘要运动视觉有效信息在现实应用和日常生活中占有极大比例。非静态目标识别技术作为电子计算机视觉、动态成像分析、自动视频监视系统的理论基础和技术支撑已广泛应用于航空工业、军事侦查、自动化生产线、人工智能、计算机识别等领域，其对目标识别与定位、跟踪与行为理解等后续处理意义重大。因此非静态目标识别检测技术的研究具有极高的实际应用意义和理论价值。本课题通过Matlab/Simulink仿真模块实现红外运动目标检测的算法仿真，将数字视频处理和Matlab数字图像处理技术的知识，应用于以红外运动目标检测为目的视频处理算法中，解决红外运动目标检测的实际问题。61573

Title    Based on Matlab / Simulink simulation of infrared  moving target detection achieved                     

 Abstract In real life, moving images contain a lot of significative optical information. Moving object detection technology as Automatic video surveillance system in computer visual dynamic imaging analysis of theoretical basis and technical supporthas been widely used in aerospace base, military, intelligent robots, computer-aided design and other fields, Test result is good or bad directly affect the target, tracking and behavioral understanding of such subsequent processing. So moving target detection technology be of importance to practical significance and theoretical value..This issue through Matlab / Simulink simulation module for infrared moving target detection algorithm simulation, digital video processing and Matlab digital image processing technology, knowledge, applied to infrared motion detection for the purpose of video processing algorithms to solve the infrared moving target detection practical problems.
