本文主要介绍了自动饮料售货机的背景资料与现在所处的发展阶段,并详细讨论了与普通饮料售货机的差异与其不可估量的发展前景。本论文介绍的自动饮料售货机以CAN总线技术为核心的设计过程。本次设计的自动饮料售货机硬件电路模块采用的是ARM的关键技术,配以相关的外围电路,进行系统硬件电路总体设计,主要包括电源模块、CAN总线模块、故障处理模块、硬纸币机模块以及存储模块等。软件设计部分配合硬件完成的主要功能包括提供冷饮或者热饮,采用现金、射频卡或者短信支付的支付方式。通信方式采用CAN通信方式的实现;若销售时出现故障或者饮料售罄等异常情况时能给出相关提示并且汇报至上级系统。

Design of Automatic Beverage Vending Machine Based on CAN Bus
Abstract With the development of times and technological innovation, the economy of our country develops fast and people's quality of life improves continuously。 The popularization and development of Automatic Beverage Vending Machine in China has become a fashion trend。 The study of Automatic Beverage Vending Machine in this thesis is based on ARM technology。 It provides hot or cold drinks and is equipped with multi-payments, so it has been one of the popular products at the present stage。
This thesis introduces the background and actuality of Automatic Beverage Vending Machines。 What’s more, it discusses the difference between it and the Ordinary Beverage Vending Machines in detail and its immeasurable prospects。 This thesis focuses on the design of Automatic Beverage Vending Machine。 Then, it validates the design result through experimental analysis。 The hardware circuit of Beverage Vending Machines uses the key technology of ARM kernel, and the core of this system is ARM chips, which is matched with associated peripheral circuits in hardware circuit architecture design and the design of functional modules。 The main function of software and hardware’s design includes providing hot or cold drinks, using cash payment, RF card or SMS payment and the realization of CAN communication mode。 If the machine breaks down or out of stock, it will provide related tips and report for the switchboard system。
