郑穗平等利用表面展示脂肪酶CALB的毕赤酵母细胞为全细胞催化剂,研究以葡萄糖为酰基受体,月桂酸为酰基供体,在非水相体系中催化合成糖脂[34]。在5 mL的反应体系中,加入0.55 g的全细胞催化剂,要求其初始水活度为0.11,随后加入葡萄糖0.5 mmol/L,月桂酸1.0 mmol/L,在60℃的条件下,经过72 h的反应之后后,最终得出的产物为葡萄糖月桂酸单酯,其转化率为48.7%。
苏国栋等人对在毕赤酵母展示表达南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B进行了研究[35]。他们将絮凝素的N端和C端的基因序列分别进行了克隆,并且还构建了KFS-CALB和KFL-CALB来展示载体,此外在毕赤酵母中还分别成功的展示表达了脂肪酶CALB,研究结果显示,脂肪酶CALB在两种载体中的水解活力分别达到286U/g干细胞和182U/g干细胞。
