摘要本文以新昌彩烟梁氏宗族为研究对象，主要考察彩烟梁氏宗族的组织化进程以及宗族建设过程。文章主要采取文献研究法，以《彩烟梁氏宗谱》为主要的文献资料，同时采取社会学的田野调查法进行研究。彩烟梁氏宗族的组织化进程主要从晚明开始，以族谱与族祠视作宗族开始组织化的标志，随着人口的自然增长，不断地分裂产生分支村落，形成了一个大规模的宗族组织，而各个分支通过建设小宗祠，形成一个自己的中心地。随着宗族组织的不断复杂化，主要就是依靠族祠与族谱来进行维持，形成一套严格规范的祭祀体系。通过祭祀等活动不断地进行身份认知的强化，每一次族谱的重修过程，都是一次世系的梳理过程。同时还通过共同的宗族文化对族人进行教化，以理学与重教规范族人，族人的科考、仕宦成就来提高族人文化上的归属感，形成宗族联结的纽带。89223
