[摘 要]：王力先生主编的《古代汉语》教材是目前较为权威的高校通用教材，然因成于众人之手，难免白璧微瑕，已有不少学者先后撰文指正，富金壁先生的《新王力<古代汉语>注释汇考》已将相关研究论著汇集，颇便学术界使用。鉴于《汇考》资料截止于 2004 年，至今已有十年，这其间对王力《古代汉语》注释的商榷补正研究仍比较多。因此，本文将近十年的相关注释研究论文加以汇总，既包括文字关系，也包含文意疏证，分课辑录，略作评述，采摘其中正确可取者以供修订王力《古代汉语》之用，指出可备一说者以供教学研习之参考，批评其谬误无稽者以免混淆是非。37864

An Analysis on the Researches of “Wang Li’s（王力） ”
Annotation in the Textbook Ancient Chinese in the Past Decade Abstract： The volume Ancient Chinese edited by Wang Li（王力） is an authoritative textbook for tertiary education. But because of the number of people involved in its compilation, defects have been inevitable, which has been pointed out by quite a few scholars. Fu Jinbi’s(富金壁) New Text Research on Wang Li’ s Annotation in the Textbook Ancient Chinese has made a collection of related studies and provided great facility to the academics. Considering the large number of researches on Wang Li’s annotation since the publication of Fu Jinbi’s work in 2004, it is necessary for the present research to make investigations on the related annotation researches in the past decade or so, including those on characters and their meanings. The paper groups the materials into different categories, gives relavant separate comments and supplies the missing items found in them . The right to be picked for the revision of Wang Li’ s Annotation in the Textbook Ancient Chinese, the reference can be prepared for teaching and study and the fallacy will be criticized so as not to confuse right and wrong.
