摘要：明清时期，由于商品经济发展，和商业繁荣，归仁集发生了翻天覆地的改变，从交通落后到车水马龙，从人烟稀少到人丁济济，从封闭落后到繁荣发达，可以说归仁集在明清时期发生了华丽的转变。一般来说，城镇作为一个地方的政治中心、经济中心、文化中心，它的人口规模和区域的经济发展状况有很大关系。从明代至清代，归仁镇人口大幅度增加，除了人口的自然增长以外，清朝时期的商业繁荣是导致人口增加的主要原因。商业的繁荣推动城镇人口的增长。商业发展推动了城市中心的转移。随着商业的繁荣发展，进行商业贸易所需的地域和手工业工厂的用地随之扩大，城镇的规模也在随之扩大，城镇的基本功能也愈加完善。这些都使得明清时期的归仁集繁荣昌盛。77417

引言

本文主要关于明清时期水利工程与城镇发展的关系，并以归仁镇为例。着重描述了水利工程与归仁城镇繁荣的关系。自古以来，水边是文明比较发达的地方，运河则更是进行商业贸易的重要场所。明清时期运河的流经对沿岸城市的发展产生了深远的影响。目前史学界关于运河以及城镇研究比较多,着重研究运河与城镇发展关系。如傅崇兰《中国运河城市发展史》，李学通的《运河与城市》，刘士林的《大运河城市群叙事 中国脐带》都研究运河与城市发展之间的关系,以及刘继斐的《苏北运河对区域经济贡献的研究》也是致力于了解运河对经济贡献的重要作用。此外还有聊城大学运河文化研究中心等研究机构致力于对运河以及运河城镇的研究。城镇的发展是当今社会发展进步的主要动力，正是由于一个一个城镇的发展从而带动了整个社会向前进步与发展。在当今社会，城市化是发展的主要趋势，在现代城镇进步与发展的道路上，面临着许许多多的问题和挑战，解决这些问题和挑战对于城镇的发展有重要的意义。对于这些情况，就要求我们了解城镇的发展规律你，发展近况和发展前景。对城镇发展过程中遇到的问题有自己的思考和解决办法，同时也要求我们在了解城镇今天发展状况的同时，还要回顾城镇以前的历史发展状况。我们应该借鉴历史，从历史的发展规律中吸取经验和教训，认识城镇发展的基本规律，进而创造城镇的发展活力，为今天城镇的发展，社会的进步作出努力！论文网
