摘要:张力腿平台是一种新型深水浮式平台,该类型平台的特点是通过张力腿将平台系泊于海底。该平台作为开发深海油气资源的基础结构,加强与其相关的技术研究对于深海油气资源开发具有重要意义。由于张力腿的存在,TLP平台在波浪中的运动幅度远小于半潜式平台,这一特点很大程度上改善了深海作业,且其造价一般不会随水深而大幅度地增大。就我国而言,近海浅水海域的油气资源逐渐开采得所剩无几。因而,研究重点就会落在深海的油气的开采。可以预见,在不远的将来,张力腿平台将成为我国深海和边际油气资源开发的主要技术装备。

本文讨论的是张力腿平台的总体强度。先对张力腿平台的特点、结构特征以及发展现状等做了简要的介绍,而后概括了分析张力腿平台的总体强度所涉及的基本理论,为接下来分析校核提供了理论基础。随后,采用有限元分析的方法,用SESAM软件中的GeniE模块对所要求的张力腿平台进行建模并且划分网格。再利用SESAM软件中的HydroD模块进行波浪载荷长期预报,得到六自由度传递函数。根据设计值得到TLP平台的应力图以及高应力值与区域,进而,分析张力腿平台在波浪组合工况下的总体强度与性能。最后,依据API规范对张力腿平台的高应力区进行校核,从而评估TLP平台的强度是否满足要求,以此完成对张力腿平台总体强度的分析。本文完成了对张力腿平台总体强度分析的过程和方法,较好的完成了课题的要求。

Abstract:Tension leg platform is a new type of deep water floating platform. The type of platform is characterized by the tension legs ,and it can moor the platform in the sea. The platform as the basis for the development of deep-sea oil and gas resources, to strengthen its related technical research for deep-sea oil and gas resources development is of great significance. Due to the presence of tension legs, the TLP platform has a much smaller amplitude than the semi-submersible platform. This feature greatly improves the deep sea operation, and its cost is generally not greatly increased with water depth. In terms of our country, the oil and gas resources in the shallow waters of the sea are gradually depleted. Thus, the focus of research is mainly on the deep sea oil and gas exploration. It is foreseeable that in the near future, the tension leg platform will become China's deep sea and marginal oil and gas resources development of the main technical equipment.

This paper examines the overall strength of the tension leg platform. Firstly, the basic theory of the overall strength of the tensioned leg platform is summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the next analysis and verification. Then, using the finite element analysis method, the required tension leg platform is modeled and meshed with the GeniE module in SESAM software. And then use the HydroD module in SESAM software to carry out long-term prediction of wave load, and get the six-degree-of-freedom transfer function. According to the design value, the stress map and the high stress value and the area of the TLP platform are obtained. Then, the overall strength and performance of the tension leg platform under the wave combination condition are analyzed. Finally, according to the API standard, the high stress area of the tension leg platform is checked to obtain the strength of the TLP platform to meet the requirements, so as to complete the analysis of the tension leg platform.

This paper completes the process and method of analyzing the overall strength of tension platform, and completes the requirements of the project.
