摘要:西漳船是一种优良的船型,因这种船具有舱容大、吃水浅、航速快、阻力小、劳力省、易装卸等优点,成为苏、浙、沪、皖四省市的主要货船,尤其适宜在太湖流域和长江下游航行。经调查相关西漳驳与同类型驳船阻力比较实验资料,可知,西漳驳的阻力性能是优于同类型驳船的。西漳船吸取了其他船形的优点长处,可又不同于其他船,不论从阻力克服还是总纵强度都远远优于同类型船。

但近几年西漳船这一优秀的船型出现在内河里的身影日益减少,除了内河新船型源源不断的出现,西漳船本身小巧的船体满足不了现代工厂使用的装运效率要求,工艺性差不适应现代工厂节奏也是它逐渐退出内河的原因之一。本设计在基于优秀西彰船型货驳为母型船体的基础上,合理增加该类型船平行中体的长度增强经济利益和优化制造加工工艺,并对新船型进行阻力方面的计算探究。通过对阻力优化期望能通过探究一种合理的方案让西漳船这一优秀船型改良,力求达到增大载货量、减小阻力、降低制造工艺的目标,再次被造船厂和使用船单位重视起来。

本文主要内容包括:

(1)散货船的发展前景现状及其实践应用、CFD相关软件的介绍及使用;

(2)应用NAPA软件,建立三维船体曲面模型,估算船舶阻力;

(3)采用基于内河货船阻力计算理论的方法,对兴波阻力进行理论分析,并编制相应的程序,利用相关文献中的公式和行业规定对模型受到的摩擦阻力进行计算,从而对船舶阻力;

(4)创新性的使用STAR-CCM+对60吨西漳船模型进行网格划分并计算;

(5)对比估算数据,实验数据,软件计算数据三组数据,结果分析。
