摘要:本文采用二次称重法对不同回火条件下钢板试样的体积变化进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:钢板在回火的过程中的组织变化是由马氏体转变为回火马氏体、回火屈氏体以及回火珠光体,马氏体的比容与三种回火后得到的组织相比较大,所以在不同回火条件下马氏体的转化率不同,使得钢板体积的变化也有明显的区别。其中,回火温度越高,保温时间越长,钢板中的马氏体组织分解的越多,钢板体积就越小。最后,将二次称重法得到的结果与热膨胀分析方法得出的结果进行了对比,二者基本一致,得出了二次称重法能用于测量钢板体积变化的结论。27743 毕业论文关键词:钢板;回火;马氏体转变;二次称重法;热膨胀;
Abstract :This paper uses the quadratic weighing method to study the volume change of the steel plate under the condition of different tempering. The research results show that the steel plate in the process of tempering in the organization change is because of the martensitic transformating for the tempered martensite, tempered troostite and tempered pearlite and martensite volume and three after tempering compared gets bigger, so in the different tempering condition dismount conversion rate of austenite, makes the steel volume changes also have obvious differences. Among them, the higher the tempering temperature, the longer the time of heat preservation, in the steel plate martensite structure decomposition, the more steel volume. Finally, the second weighing method to get the results of the analysis results are compared with thermal expansion, the two basic consistent, the second weighing method can be used to measure the steel plate is obtained the conclusion of volume change.
