摘要磁流变弹性体(Magnectorheological elastomer,MRE)是一种弹性模量可随外加磁场改变的新型智能材料,在宽频微幅隔振中具有广阔的应用前景。磁流变自适应体是由磁流变弹性体、导磁体、励磁线圈、线圈龙骨等组成的能够根据外界环境实时改变其刚度的隔振器件。为实现磁流变自适应体的成功应用,设计一个性能优良的磁路是首先要解决的问题。本文根据磁路的相关定理,详细介绍了磁流变自适应体的磁路设计方法,设计了磁流变自适应体的结构尺寸,利用ANSYS软件的电磁场模块对磁流变自适应体磁路进行有限元分析计算,并对磁路性能展开测试实验。通过理论分析、软件模拟及实验测试对磁流变自适应体结构的合理性进行验证。67768

Title Magneto Circuit Design of Adaptive Magnetorheological Structure and Methods of Testing its Properties
Abstract
Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) is a new kind of intelligent material whose elastic modulus can be changed with the magnetic field. It has a broad prospect of applications for the wide-frequency and small-amplitude vibration isolation. The adaptive magnetorheological structure is a vibration isolation equipment which is made up of magnetorheological elastomer, magnetic conductor, excitation coil and field spool. Its stiffness can be altered in real time according to the external environment. For the successful application of adaptive magnetorheological structure, to design magnetic circuit with excellent performance is the first problem to solve. According to theorems of the magnetic circuit, the design method of magnetic circuit of the adaptive magnetorheological structure is introducted in detail, and the dimensions of the adaptive magnetorheological structure are designed in this paper. The magnetic circuit of the adaptive magnetorheological structure is calculated by the finite element method using the electromagnetic module of ANSYS software, then the test on performance of the magnetic circuit is conducted. Theoretical analysis, software simulation and experimental test are used to verify the rationality of the design of the adaptive magnetorheological structure.
