摘 要:夫兰克-赫兹实验是大学物理实验中的重要内容,该实验为玻尔的原子模型理论提供了直接而独立的证据,至今仍是科研中探索原子结构的重要手段。本论文首先介绍了夫兰克-赫兹实验的装置、实验原理、实验步骤及注意事项,然后通过实验测出数据,并采用逐差法、最小二乘法分别对实验数据进行处理。研究结果表明,最小二乘法的使用,大幅度提高了实验结果的精确度,是一种值得推荐的方法。关键词:夫兰克-赫兹实验;数据处理方法;最小二乘法9082
Frank-Hertz Experiment Research and Improvement
Abstract: Frank-Hertz experiment is an important content in university physics experiment, which provides a direct and independent evidence for the Bohr atom model theory, and it is still an important means in the scientific research to explore the atomic structure. This article introduces the Frank-Hertz experiment device, experiment principle, experimental steps and matters needing attention firstly. Then some data were measured through the experiment, and both the successive difference method and least square method were adopted to deal with the experimental data, respectively. The results show that the precision of experimental data was improved greatly when the least square method was used, therefore, the least square method is a good method being of recommended.
