摘要2 μm激光处于大气窗口,具有眼安全特性,在激光医学、激光雷达、遥感探测、大气环境监测以及军事方面具有广泛应用,而且还是实现中红外3~5 μm波段光学参量振荡器的泵浦源。本文对以1617 nm激光作为泵浦源,利用体布拉格光栅作为腔镜,研究了Tm:YAG陶瓷激光器窄线宽激输出特性。在泵浦光功率最大4.6 W时激光输出1.64 W,其运行波长为 1999.9 nm,光谱带宽0.26 nm,表明反射式体布拉格光栅表现出良好的光谱选择及光谱窄化性能。68843

Wavelength Tuning Characteristics Of Tm:YAG Ceramic Laser Based On VBG
Abstract
Eye-safe wavelength region solid state lasers operating around 2 μm have attracted wide attention because of their extensive applications in a number of important areas: medical treatment, laser radar, remote sensing, environmental gas detection, special military and provides an ideal pump sources for 3-5 μm mid-infrared laser generation via non-linear frequency conversion. The output characteristics of 1617 nm resonantly-pumped Tm:YAG ceramic lasers based on a reflective volume Bragg grating was studied in this paper. The VBG-based Tm:YAG laser yielded 1.64 W of output power at 1999.9 nm (linewidth of 0.26 nm) for 4.6 W pump power, indicating the reflective volume Bragg grating has excellent ability for wavelength-selection and spectral narrowing.
