摘要本文针对现在国际上一种新型的钛合金人体关节替代材料TC20钛合金展开研究,通过扭动摩擦磨损实验、微动摩擦磨损腐蚀实验以及电化学腐蚀实验等测试研究来对它的基本材料性能进行评价,分别对其耐摩擦磨损性能及耐摩擦腐蚀性能进行评价,合理分析其作为关节替代材料的可能性。76885

    扭动摩擦磨损实验中,通过实验形貌分析可以发现,同等载荷力(载荷为15N)下不同介质中的TC20钛合金摩擦磨损表面可以发现在经过模拟液的浸泡,TC20钛合金试样试验后的磨痕更加有颗粒感,腐蚀也会产生一定的坑槽。生理盐水中试样的坑槽比小牛血清溶液中试样的坑槽更大。

微动摩擦磨损腐蚀实验中,通过实验的形貌分析可以发现同等介质(生理盐水溶液)中不同温度下的TC20钛合金摩擦磨损表面在常温生理盐水溶液下的试样的划痕最浅,面积最小,而低温生理盐水溶液下的试样的划痕最深。

电化学腐蚀实验中,观察TC20钛合金试样分别在小牛血清溶液、常温生理盐水、高温生理盐水、低温生理盐水中在实验后得到的ny曲线图,容易得出在常温生理盐水和小牛血清溶液中的阻抗半径比在低温生理盐水以及高温生理盐水中的阻抗半径要大很多,说明在常温生理盐水和小牛血清溶液中TC20钛合金试样能够更好的阻止腐蚀的发生。

Evaluation of tribological properties of a new titanium alloy joint replacement material

Abstract The in view of the present international a new titanium alloy body joint replacement materials TC20 titanium alloy launches the research, by twisting the friction wear test and fretting corrosion test and electrochemical corrosion experiment test to study the basic properties of materials were evaluated, respectively on the resistance to friction and wear properties and abrasion corrosion performance evaluation, a reasonable analysis of the possibility of the joint replacement materials。

Twist friction and wear experiment。 Through analyzing the morphology and the same loading force (load for 15N) under different media TC20 titanium alloy friction and wear surface can be found in simulating liquid after immersion, TC20 titanium alloy sample after the test of wear scar more grainy。 Corrosion can also be produced some pits。 The pit trough of the sample in the saline solution was larger than that of the sample in the calf serum solution。

Fretting friction and wear corrosion experiment。 Through experimental morphology analysis can be found in the same mediums (saline solution) at different temperatures in the TC20 titanium alloy friction and wear surface in normal saline solution sample scratch the shallow, area of the smallest, and specimen under low temperature water physiological salt solution scratches the deepest。

Electrochemical corrosion experiment, observe the TC20 titanium alloy samples respectively in calf serum solution, normal saline, high temperature saline, hypothermic normal saline in the get the NY graph, it is not difficult to obtain in normal saline and bovine serum solution impedance radius than the radius of impedance in the hypothermic normal saline and high-temperature normal saline to much larger, indicating the occurrence in normal saline and bovine serum solution TC20 titanium alloy specimens can better prevent corrosion。
