摘要光学显微干涉测量技术是干涉测量技术和生物显微放大技术的一种有机结合,在医学、光学以及生物学领域有着重要的应用价值。本论文首先介绍了国际上几个知名科研小组的研究方向与成果,然后从理论上讨论了干涉测量、相位提取以及相位解包的原理基础,为接下来的实验打下了基础。在此基础上,以马赫-曾德干涉仪的原理为主体的光路作为实验装置,然后在实验中对血红细胞进行了干涉测量,同时用高速摄影CCD对干涉条纹进行拍摄,经过后期处理得到的效果图能够清晰地反映出血红细胞的位置与形状。10197

Title The Research of Optical Phase Quantitative Measurement on Weak Absorption Object
Abstract
Optical microscopy interference technique is a combination of microscopic magnification and interferometry technology. In medicine, Optics and biology, it has important applications. This paper introduces many novel methods of optical microscopy interference technique which measure biological cells by international research groups. And then we discuss the methods of interference, phase extraction algorithms and phase unwrapping algorithms, and making the program for post-processing. Mach-Zehnder interferometer as the main optical path as the experimental device, using the system to measure the red blood cells. At the same time, with the help of high-speed CCD, we get the interference pattern of the sample. After the phase extraction algorithms and the phase unwrapping algorithms processing, the graph clearly shows the position and shape of red blood cells.
