摘 要本论文集中于研究 PEDOT:PSS 功函数对基于硅/PEDOT:PSS 杂化光伏电池的影响, 主要开展了以下几方面的工作:
(1)清洗硅片表面,把切割好的硅片依次放入丙酮、乙醇和去离子水中用超声波清 洗机各超声 15 分钟,然后用去离子水冲净、氮气枪吹干,然后放入体积比为 3:1 的
浓硫酸和双氧水的混合溶液中,在 115 ℃下加热 1 个小时以上,等到自然冷却后, 用去离子水冲净、氮气枪吹干。
(2)将清洗干净的 n 型 Si 通过两步氯化/甲基化的方法进行表面甲基化钝化处理。
(3)制备基于 Si/PEDOT:PSS 的杂化太阳能电池,在不同的退火环境下对 PEDOT:PSS 薄膜进行退火处理,研究退火环境对 PEDOT:PSS 薄膜性能的影响,并最终研究 PEDOT:PSS 薄膜的功函数对器件性能的影响。结果表明,退火环境的改变可以提高 PEDOT:PSS 薄膜的导电率和功函数,从而使器件的光电转换效率得到提高。80965
(4)用 AFORS-HET 太阳能电池模拟软件模拟了金属功函数的增加对电池性能的影响, 结果表明,金属功函数的提高可以改善器件的性能,和实验结果相吻合。

Abstract In this paper, we focus on the study of the effects of the work function of PEDOT: PSS on the hybrid photovoltaic cells based on silicon /PEDOT:PSS, mainly in the following aspects of the work:
(1)clean surface of silicon wafer,The cut silicon wafers were placed in acetone, ethanol and de ionized water with ultrasonic cleaning machine for 15 minutes。,And then
washed with deionized water,Dry nitrogen gun, and then into the volume ratio of 3:1 in a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution, when heated to 115 ℃ more than 1 hours, wait for after natural cooling, using deionized water rinse, blow dry nitrogen
gun。
(2)To clean the n-type Si by two-step method to/methyl chloride surface passivation of methylation。。
(3)Prepare based on Si/PEDOT: PSS hybrid solar cells, under different annealing conditions of PEDOT: PSS films for annealing treatment, the annealing environment of PEDOT: PSS films performance impact, and finally the PEDOT: PSS films of the influence of work function on the device performance。 The results show that the annealing environment change can improve PEDOT: PSS film conductivity and work function, so that the device of photoelectric conversion efficiency was improved。
(4)AFORS - HET solar battery simulation software was used to simulate the metal work function of the increasing impact on battery performance, the results show that the metal work function improvement can improve the performance of the device, and the experimental results are identical with each other。
