摘要小水线面双体船(Small Water-plane Area Twin Hull Ship)简称 SWATH。SWATH 已经应用于军民船舶,其可靠性能也越来越得到了广泛的关注。SWATH 是一种具 有性能优良、附加值高等优点的高科技新型船舶。随着船舶行业的发展,SWATH 日益引起各造船强国的浓厚兴趣,得到快速发展并广泛应用于军舰领域。在恶劣的 海况下,SWATH 船体结构的结构强度和安全是极其重要的考虑因素。因为在恶劣 的海况下,风浪流对船体的强烈撞击抨击作用,船体的结构有可能会遭到不同程度 的破坏。所以应该更多的注重于探究小水线面双体船结构的可靠性问题。
本文针对 SWATH 的船体结构,利用 ANSYS 软件建立 # 27~# 128 肋位小水线面 双体船的局部结构模型,并对所建模型的两种典型工况进行静力计算,通过计算得 出结构的危险部位位于大开口甲板处。针对选取的两种典型的计算工况,采用蒙特 卡罗法对小水线面双体船结构的可靠性进行分析计算,得出可靠性指标。结果表明, 在工况一即横向弯曲(横向对开力向外)时,结构的可靠指标最小,结构最危险。81956

Abstract Small Water-plane Area Twin Hull Ship is simply called SWATH。SWATH has been widely used in military and civilian ships,its reliability has been more and more attention。
SWATH is a new kind of ship with high performance, high value-added, high-technology。 With the development of shipbuilding industry, SWATH increasingly attracted shipbuilding powers’ interest, which has been developing rapidly and widely used in the field of warships。 On the condition of rough seas, because of some stormstreams’ impacts on the hull , the hull structure is likely to be subject to varyingdegreesof damage ,so structural strength and safety of the SWATH should be taken into the extremely consideration。 Therefore, we should be pay much more attention and effort on the reliability issues of SWATH structure。
In this paper, according to the hull structure of SWATH ,establish the finite element model of SWATH local structure from frame 27 to frame 128, analyze the static calculation of the model。 By calculation ,we get the conclusion that the most dangerous parts are located at a large opening deck。 Select two typical computing conditions,taking
monte-carlo method for analysing reliability of SWATHstructure,getting the reliability
index。 The results show that the structure’s reliability index is the smallest on the first condition。 That is to say the structure is the most dangerous at this part。
