摘要通过采用理论推导、实验测量以及数据分析等研究方法,对傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的校准方法进行了研究。分析了傅里叶红外光谱仪需要校准的原因,整理并论述了国内外研究现状,并对三种傅里叶红外光谱仪的校准方法——双温法、线性回归法、三黑体源校准法进行了详细的研究。在对实验数据分析的基础上,提出了双温法应用的条件,分析了线性回归法的校准结果并利用其检验了双温法,推导了三黑体源校准法的校准原理及方法。通过对图表的分析,研究了各种校准方法的优缺点以及适用情况,并对光谱仪校准方法进行了展望。10522

Title Analysis of calibration methods for a Fourier transform spectrometer
Abstract
By using the methods of theoretical analysis, experimental measurement and
data analyses, calibration methods for Fourier transform spectrometer are studied. The reason for why Fourier transform spectrometer need calibration is analyzed, research status at home and abroad are reviewed and three calibration methods for Fourier transform spectrometer- Two-Temperature Method, Linear Regression Method and Three-Blackbodies Method are studied in detail. On the basis of experimental data, the paper presented application conditions of Two-Temperature Method, analyzed the result of Linear Regression Method and tested Two-Temperature Method by using the result, put out the principle of Three-Blackbodies Method. By using charts, the paper analysis the advantages and disadvantages of each calibration method. At last, the outlook of calibration methods for Fourier transform spectrometer is presented.
