摘要本论文主要研究了口径为25.4mm的小型斐索干涉仪的内部结构和调试方法,在干涉仪的实际操作中,有时得到的干涉条纹与理论上的条纹有一定的偏差,单看条纹的特征,只能得到一些简单的信息,由于缺少详细数据,要想进一步的分析干涉仪各组成部分对实验的影响成为了难题,针对这一问题,本文在简单的介绍了FRED光机模拟软件的基本原理、光机模拟软件与光学设计软件的差别以及初步掌握FRED软件建模的基本操作之后,用FRED软件对小型斐索干涉仪建模,并进行了仿真分析,得出斐索干涉仪通过模型能较好的对实际干涉仪面形检测进行仿真,解决了这一难题,为干涉仪的深入分析提供了技术支持。10571

Title Using FRED simulation analysis of interferometer
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the 25.4mm bore small Fizeau interferometer’s internal structure and debugging method, during the interferometer’s actual operation, sometimes the interference fringe has certain deviation compare with the stripes on the theory, looking at the fringe’s features, they are only some simple information, due to the lack of detailed data, further analysis about interferometer components affect of the experiment become a problem. To solve the problem, in this paper ,after simply introducing the basic principle of the FRED optical simulation software and what different between optical simulation software and optical design software ,I master the basic operation to use FRED software to build a model, then I use FRED software for building mini-type Fizeau interferometer model, and simulation and analysis are carried out, it turns out that a Fizeau interferometer through model can be used for actual interferometer for detecting surface shape simulation, provides the technical support for in-depth analysis of interferometer.
