摘要如何准确、定量地描述发射装药在被点燃前的破碎程度是提高发射装药发射安全性的关键所在。结合密闭爆发器定容状态方程,推导动态活度比及起始动态活度比公式,建立了发射装药破碎程度的表征方法。对经发射装药动态挤压破碎试验后的破碎发射装药和原未破碎发射装药分别进行密闭爆发器试验,测试获得曲线。通过比较不同的滤波方法,发现五点三次平滑滤波以及vondrak滤波准则对测量所得的曲线以及计算所得的曲线滤波效果较好且计算速度较快。依据动态活度定义将曲线转化为动态活度比曲线,基于最小二乘原理,通过直线拟合得到了表征发射装药破碎程度的起始动态活度比,最终建立了通过曲线获取发射装药起始动态活度比的计算方法。本文的研究成果为发射装药发射安全性评定提供了理论支撑和科学的测试手段。83809

Title Method of Describing Fracture Degree of Propellant Charge
Abstract How to describe the fracture degree of propellant charge before it's ignited accurately and quantitatively is the key to improve the launch safety of propellant charge。 The dynamic vivacity ratio and initial dynamic vivacity ratio was deduced combined with the equation of state for propellant gases in closed bomb, and the method of describing the fracture degree of prope- llant charge was also established。 After The closed bomb test was carried out by using both the fracture propellant charge after the dynamic extrusion and fracture test and intact propellant charge, gained the pressure curve。 By comparing different filtering method, adopted five-spot triple smoothing and vondrak filter to filtering the pressure curve and the first derivative of pressure reasonably,which worked well and calculate faster。 According to the definition of dynamic vivacity, transfer the pressure curve to dynamic vivacity ratio curve and obtain the initial dynamic vivacity ratio by using least square method。 The method of calculating the initial dynamic vivacity ratio through the pressure curve was established。The research results of this paper provide the theoretical support and scientific testing methods for the safety evaluation of the launch and launch。
