    摘要近年来英语习得变得越来越普遍。然而,在英语学习中,写作是公认的五项基本技能中最难的。而有研究表明,语块的应用可以带来更好的英文写作。因此本研究的目的是探讨不同英语写作水平学生在议论文写作中语块使用差异。该研究的语料选自南京理工大学2014年英语写作比赛部分文本。根据文本的得分从高到低排序,选取前三十份作为高分组,最后三十份为低分组。通过从语块使用总的频率,语块长度和语块结构三个方面来比较两组语块使用差异。结果显示:(1)在英语议论文写作中高英语写作水平学生比低英语写作水平学生使用更多的语块。(2)无论是高写作水平学生还是低写作水平学生,随着语块的长度增加,语块使用的频率降低。两组在三词语块使用上所占总的比例一致,但在五词语块使用上,低分组所占比例是高分组的两倍。(3)高写作水平学生使用最多的语块类型依次是动词语块,副词语块,介词语块。而低写作水平学生是动词语块,名词语块,介词语块。32770

    Title  A Study on the Formulaic Sequence of Argumentative Writing by  Students of Different English Writing Levels
    Abstract
    Recent years English acquiring has become more and more widespread. However, writing was regarded as the most difficult part among five basic skills. Some research has shown that the application of formulaic sequence can make better writing. Therefore, this study aims to discus the differences of formulaic sequences used in argumentative writing by students of different English writing levels. This study is based on parts of texts of English Writing Competition in 2014 in Nanjing University of Science and Technology. And I chose the first 30 texts as high-score group and the last 30 texts as low-score group according to the scores from high to low. By comparing with formulaic sequences between high-score group and low-score group writing texts, I tried to find the differences from three aspects: the frequency of formulaic sequences, the frequency of formulaic sequences of different length, the frequency of formulaic sequences of different types. The results showed that: (1) high-score group students used more formulaic sequences than low-score group students; (2) no matter high-score group students or low-score group students, the longer the length of formulaic sequences was, the lower the frequency of formulaic sequences was. High-score group students and low-score group students shared nearly same proportion in using three-word formulaic sequences. But the frequency of five-word formulaic sequences in low-score group nearly doubled its in high-score group; (3) high-score group students used most verb formulaic sequences, adverb formulaic sequences and preposition formulaic sequences. But low-score group students preferred to use verb formulaic sequences, noun formulaic sequences and preposition formulaic sequences.
