摘要网络用语是信息时代发展的下的特殊语言，在互联网中传播与使用。它是网络科技发展的衍生物和语言工具。想要熟练地利用网络进行交流或学习就无可避免的使用到网络用语。网络用语在新兴时起就吸引了许多语言学者的关注。与一般语言相比，网络语言更灵敏、活动性更强，能及时反应社会经济、政治、文化等各方面的发展变化，具有鲜明的时代社会特征。而随着网民数量的激增以及互联网的发展，研究网络用语的发展趋势，对认识社会变化，指导社会生活具有了更重要的意义。本文通过收集大量的汉语网络用语，从构成、语用特点、网络用语与语境的关系以及发展趋势等几个方面进行分析。33722

Title On Chinese Cyber-speak From Perspective of Pragmatics
and Its Development Trend
Abstract
Cyber-speak, spread and used on the Internet, is a special language in this information age, which can also be seen as products and language tool of network technology. To communicate and study online in frequency, we have to use cyber-speak inevitably. Cyber-speak has drawn much attention of philologists when it springs up. Compared with some other languages, cyber-speak is more flexible and it can reflect the change of economy, politics and culture with distinct social characteristics. The sharp increase of number of netizen and developed network make it necessary to study tendency of cyber-speak, which is important to understand social change and guide lives. This article study cyber-speak by collecting lots of Chinese cyber-speak from formation, pragmatic feature , tendency and relation between cyber-speak and context.

1 Introduction
1.1 Cyber-speak
Cyber-speak refers to a natural language used on the Internet. In this article, Chinese cyber-language is main object. Cyber-speak exists at the very beginning of the form of network. It has gone through a process from unordered to orderly; moral restraint to legal restraint; medium level to high level (Yu, 2001). To some degree, the development and changes of cyber-speak are affected by the change of network. The opinion on the formation and development history of network varies from people to people. Some see 1954 when a terminal called transceiver was invented as the beginning of combination of computer and communication. The Internet served as a part of a U.S. government project in Cold war and became a worldwide net afterwards. In 1994, China had its entry into the Internet formally. Since then, Internet has enjoying the unprecedented speed in spread. With the fast growing in more than two decades in China, Internet has permeated into our society, especially in urban lives in all aspects. The application of the Internet also brings new changes to social affairs, such as netnews, network literature, online adverting and online communication. All of above show new features of Internet that differ from tradition.
At present, various levels of cyber-speak can be an obvious mirror of its development in different ages. As a new social dialect, cyber-speak has its user groups and these groups are becoming more and more stable. Compared with daily life expressions, cyber-speak is the most unique in grammar, character and style. Some of cyber-speak is in written form with features of oral language. In chatting room or BBS, conversations are crude and unsmooth, of which words are simple and easy to understand, which is similar to catchword preferred by teenagers. In this case, studying cyber-speak is a must to put forward some good advice on the basis of present social phenomenon. This paper is aiming to analyze pragmatic meaning and excavate pragmatic value of cyber-speak. In the meantime, improving people’s understanding of cyber-speak on pragmatics is another goal.
