With the enlargement of the territorial sphere in recent years, the new need has emerged, countries are actively attract foreign investment, in order to rely on advanced technology and know-how with the localization of advantage, gain benefit from foreign markets to develop. Through these intensive work hard, we will continue to implement the privatization policy and development, promote the development of many industries, such as telecommunications, electricity, railways, air transport and so on.
Economic globalization is essentially optimal allocation of resources on a global scale. Globalization will lead to the results that capital, technology, and human resources will flow more fully and freely on a global scale, thereby increasing the efficiency of resource allocation on a global scale. With the development of economic globalization, international trade volume between China and Saudi Arabia will increase.
1.2 The problems
Main problems existing in the national trade between China and Sultan Arab are described as follows:
(1) The relatively low overall trade volume between China and the Arab region
Although China's economic and trade development in the Arab region has made some achievements, but from the overall point of view, the overall trade volume with the Arab region is relatively low. Trade Progress in the two regions have now taken and the development potential of the two regions, there is a big gap. In general, the trade with Arab only accounts for a small proportion in China's export. The main trade partners prone to the region of Japan, Europe and the United States. Relatively low trade volume, on the one hand, it is in relation with historical factors; on the other hand, it is closely related to the fact that the region has long been controlled by western economies. Most of the Arab market is occupied by the Western countries. In the deepening international exchanges today, China must make its advantages into full play so as to find complementary areas and increase the share of trade.
