    Abstract Different environments and ethnic cultures create different ways of thinking. Language is the most common tool of communication. Different languages result in different ways of thinking among different countries. Nowadays, with the development of transportation and economic,links among the various ethnic groups have become increasingly tight . And language learning becomes a hot topic. Through the comparison of the way of thinking between Chinese and English, this thesis shows that Chinese language and English language are different in the ways of cohesion, the concepts of time and space, the different order of subject and object. To explore the problems and difficulties in primary school’s English teaching which results from the different ways of thinking, we can find reasonable solutions to learn English better.49270

    摘要不同的环境与文化造就了不同民族不同的思维方式。语言是人们最常用的交际工具。不同的民族通过各自的语言将这些不同的思维方式表达出来。当今,随着交通与经济的发展,各民族联系日益紧密起来。对于各民族语言的学习也成为热门话题。本文通过对中英思维方式的比较分析,解释汉语使用民族和英语使用民族在语言的粘合方式、时空观、和主客体次序等方面的不同。通过探讨思维方式差异对小学英语学习带来的问题以及在日常教学中可能出现的困难,我们可以找出合理的解决方法来更好的学习英语。
