    The focus of the study is to investigate the linguistic differences between Chinese and western news reports and to explore how beggar culture is reflected in those linguistic differences。 In addition, this present study will also briefly analyze what impacts those differences will have on life value, social morality and state development。 Finally, some suggestions on social management in terms of beggar phenomenon will be given。
