Along with society's progress and the improvement of material life, economic growth leads to the development of education, Chinese parents also pay more and more attention to education。 Education is a major study。 When the rewards are produced from education, it exists in the field of education。 All of these days, rewards as incentive measures have been strengthened, such as educating people of all ages whether at home, at school or in the society。 The rewards are also guiding the development of students in primary school。 In class, the reward is often used to motivate students, and it is an affirmation of the right thoughts and correct behavior of educatees, but also has incentive effect on other people。 But everything has two sides。 Inappropriate rewards will reduce student's interest in learning, and affect teacher’s teaching effect。文献综述

1。2 The Significance and Purpose

Teachers' improper use of rewards will have a significant impact on students' cognition and personality during the practice of primary school education。 Especially some teachers adopt large amount of material rewards, and students will produce mammonish or false human quality。 And teachers do not know how to use rewards in what occasions with the kinds of reward forms and levels of rewards, will affect the development of the mental health of students。 Therefore, I will explore how to properly use the rewards in the primary school English classroom teaching from the two sides of the rewards。 I focus on the advantages and disadvantages of reward and how to use reward systems, combining with the requirements and characteristics of primary school English classroom, and it can be better used in teaching practice and enrich primary English teaching。

Chapter Two Literature Review

2。1 The definition of reward system
