Chapter Two Literature Review
2。1 The definition of reward system
The explanation of reward in Modern Chinese Dictionary is to encourage somebody by giving him honors or belongings。 In the pedagogy, generally it considered good moral character and affirms student’s performance to give a positive evaluation。 It has three kinds: Commending, praise and award。 Li Ying summarized: “The reward is a kind of manner creates expectation, is a kind of moral education mode, and is a way to strengthen behavior。 来,自,优.尔:论;文*网www.youerw.com +QQ752018766- He pointed out the significance of reward in the pedagogy is to encourage social recognition behaviors。 These behaviors contribute to the increasing frequency of occurrence and intensity。 In the educational domain, reward is different from others in the social activity。 The latter promotes maximum productivity and labor efficiency as the goal, and the former must obey and serve the fundamental purpose of education, to promote the development of the students for the purpose。 System is referred to ask everyone to abide by the code of conduct or act in order。 Therefore, I combined dictionary for reference with other understanding and defined reward system as: “In primary education, the teacher is to promote the development of the student’s body and mind, and affirm good behavior。 Besides, they encourage student’s behavior in order to repeat good behavior and these principles of sustainable development must be observed by students。"
