摘 要世界上找不到完全相同两片叶子,因此人就更不一样,不一样的成长背景,造就了不同个性的学生。每个学生在成长的过程中都形成了自己独特的兴趣爱好和个性特征,具有不同的发展水平。正是由于这种个性差异的存在,才导致当前英语课堂教学中种种问题得出现。为了顺应社会发展 对英语人才的需求,我们必须进行教学理念的改革并且尽可能的为学生提供个性发展的空间。本文在尊重新课标的精神前提下,通过文献综述法寻找初中学生的个性差异。并针对产生差异的原因寻找解决的方法。因此教师在教学工作中应该尊重学生之间个体差异。在这个基础上再进行初中英语有效的策略研究就可以有针对性和准确性。教师不仅要尊重同学的个体差异而且在教育的方式也不能过于单一,需要因材施教。在每一堂课上,都要使不同层次的学生通过自己的努力有所收获。只有通过对学生个体差异的分析并进行理论结合实际的分析,才能发现教学中尚待解决的问题。这有利于提高教学质量和教学水平,充分调动学生学习英语的积极性,消除学生对英语学习的心理障碍,体会学习英语的乐趣,从而达到素质教育的目的。78854

Abstract There is no exactly the same two leaves in the world, even the people which have not the same genetic gene, different family growth environment are made into different tastes, different personality and unique creative potential of students, each student has its own characteristics, interests, feelings and needs, with different levels of development。 The phenomenon of the inpidual differences of students are so common that leading to a variety of problems appearing in English classroom teaching。 In order to adapt to the demand for English talents under the new situation, we must adopt new teaching ideas for classroom teaching and provide maximum personality the development space for students。 This paper is respected the spirit of ‘new curriculum standard’, throughing the literature review method to find the junior middle school students’ personality differences, and finding the solution to the cause of the differences。 Therefore teachers should respect students inpidual differences in teaching。 On this basis, the study of effective strategies in junior high school English can be targeted and accurate。 The teachers should fully respect students inpidual differences, the way of education can not be stereotyped and need to teach students in accordance of their aptitude。 In each class, making sure that each level of the students can learn and earn。 Only by analyzing the inpidual differences of students and combining theory with the actual analysis, we can find the problem to be solved in the teaching。 This is propitious to improving the quality of teaching, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn English, to eliminate the psychological barriers to English learning and experience learning English fun, so as to achieve the purpose of quality education。
