摘要：上阳宫文化园是位于洛阳市洛河北岸，占地面积约为45520平方米，地势平坦，南部为沿洛河的防汛路，三面被城市道路环绕，一面临河。由于城市化的发展城市的生态环境被破坏所以此次设计主要从生态的角度出发，着重对当地文化的湮没、地域特色的丧失

生态环境的恶化。根据北侧的洛阳市洛河水系进行设计，改善该区域环境匮乏的现象，有效的防止生态的恶化、文化的流失，提高城市市容和市民生活环境的质量。给市民提供一个优美静雅的居住环境并且满足市民日益增长的文化需求，同时该区域与城市的发展相结合打造成城市对外展示的门窗，达到城市发展的需求和景观规划的双赢局面。21610

Abstract Abstract Abstract Abstract ： The sun is located in the Palace of Culture Park of Luoyang City Luo River North, an

1 前言
本课题位于洛阳市洛河北岸，占地面积约为 45520 平方米，地势平坦，南部为沿洛河
的防汛路 ， 三面被城市道路环绕 ， 一面临河 。 对该地块进行总体规划设计 ， 协调好 该地块
的 文化与园林景观的联系 ， 通过景观的布局完成对空间的划分及硬质景观与植物 、 园林小
品的融合。 从而达到改善生态环境与居住环境的效果。
1.1 研究背景
近几年来 ， 随着城市化进程的加快 ， 环境美化和健康生活是其中的重要内容 。 在城乡
经济发展与工业化水平提高促进城镇发展的同时 ， 城市也面临历史文化湮没 、 地域特色丧
失、生态环境恶化等问题，城市绿地的设计往往没有自己的特色与品牌；缺乏文化内涵 。
此外快节奏的生活已经成为生活的显著特征，文化的缺失在当下的社会问题中尤为突出 。
这和人们 日益增长的文化需求不符。
