摘要本项目是位于王国片区最重要的门户空间，处于圣祖大道和巍山古镇轴线的交叉口，是南诏王宫的重要景观节点，其北部是王宫主城区，西部是巍山古镇，东部则是为规划娱乐综合体，南部就是城门。因此这个项目用地不仅体现了王宫的门户形象，也是王宫的“客厅”，连接着王宫地块和周边商业设施。34046

设计抓住了优尔诏融合统一，民族大团结文化背景为主题，将打造游客与市民的公共活动空间。圣火广场的发展与定位应与时代需求相适应，更多的考虑城市功能的完善以及市民需求的满足。展示城市风貌，将自然与城市相结合的门户景观。设计灵感多来自于当地的民俗风情，从各特色元素中提取，进行变形设计。

Abstract

1设计综述
1.1项目概述
巍山南诏国历史文化旅游景区以南诏历史文化为主线，依托境内丰富的旅游文化资源，不断挖掘整理南诏文化，促进旅游与文化互动融合。通过建设大理中心城市第一副城，培育南诏历史文化品牌，实施“两保护 、两上山”战略，编制《巍山南诏历史文化旅游景区的规划》及《巍山南诏历史文化旅游景区修建性详细规划》，以一个城（巍山古城）、一个王城（南诏王宫及其市井街区）一山(巍宝山）、一址（巄屿图城南诏国遗址）为重点，突出“南诏王宫、南诏故郡、彝祖故里”三个重点，打造“南诏第一都”文化旅游精品景区，着力把巍山打造成为国内一流、世界知名的南诏国历史文化精品旅游目的地，有力推动巍山科学发展、和谐发展、跨越发展。
项目位于巍山古镇东侧，王宫大殿南侧，巍山城门轴线与王宫轴线的交汇处，周边未来将打造古镇商业街区，是南诏王宫的“客厅“，是市民休闲、娱乐活动、文化表演的唯一大型活动广场，项目用地交通方便，地理位置十分优越。根据规划要求，此广场面积不得少于18000㎡
1.2 设计理念
南诏王城的总体定位是把巍山县城打造成为荟萃南诏历史文化的南诏第一都。并以彝族传统建筑文化为风格，以打造南诏古都为目标。南诏王宫的选址，应遵从唐代都城及彝族传统建筑风水学的基本原则来选址，即天人合一整体系统原则、因地制宜原则、适中居中原则、顺乘生气原则、改造风水原则来进行选址，同时，还要考虑到文化打造的原则。
