摘要: 自2001年开始统计,官方《中国人口和就业统计年鉴》报告指出,我国城镇就业人员周工作时间远远高于40小时标准工。同时,“十二五”提出的“延迟退休”政策也在有序制定的过程中,预计2045年完成男女统一将退休年龄延迟到65岁。工作在人的一生中占据时间很大,对办公环境的合理化程度的需求快速增加,并直接影响人们的工作效率和身心健康状况。然而现今,多数企业的办公区依旧给人较差的心理感受,枯燥,古板,缺乏宜人且实用的办公环境。42558
由于办公景观在城市设计中的重要性日益增强,因而本次关于商务办公楼景观规划设计旨在“以人为本”办公设计理念,最大限度满足员工的要求,一方面从员工角度出发,另一方面从企业利益出发,同时也提高了附近市民的生活品质以及公司的知名度。通过对办公楼景观规划的研究,探讨景观设计对人们工作生活休闲环境营造的意义和更好的发挥在商务办公区中的作用,实现现代办公与自然环境的有机融合。

Due to the increasing importance of office landscape in urban design and the a commercial office building landscape planning and design aims to "people-oriented" concept of office design, maximize meet their requirements, on the one hand from the point of view of employees of, on the other hand from the interests of the enterprise of but also enhance the visibility of nearby residents quality of life and the company. Through the study on Landscape Planning of the office building, explore the landscape design of leisure of people working and living environment to create meaning and better play in the business office districts role to achieve the organic integration of modern office and the natural environment.
