摘要 : 中国现在面临越来越严峻的社会人口老龄化问题，老龄化社区的景观设计正是对这样一种社会现实的积极响应。而在老龄化社区景观设计中，最容易被忽视且最容易出问题的就是公共设施的规划设计。本文从老年人的生活习惯与老年人心理需求的基础出发，总结了公共设施规划设计与老龄化社区景观设计之间的关系，通过对镇江老年活动中心河滨公园实际设计过程中遇到的一些问题进行分析，寻找简便可行的方案。本文结合了老年人心理、生理、以及其与环境之间的关系等要素来说明公共设施的规划设计在景观设计中所起到的重要作用。文章通过分析、归纳和实践，总结出一些关于老龄化社区景观设计中公共设施规划设计的注意点、原则和方法，希望对今后老龄化社区景观设计中能起到参考作用。49032

Analysis on planning and design of public facilities of theaging of the community landscape design—— A case study on the riverside park beside zhenjiang Centerfor Senior CitizensAbstract : China is facing increasingly serious social problem of aging populationnow, aging of the community landscape design is to respond positively to such a socialreality. And in the aging community landscape design, the most likely to be ignored andthe most problematic is design of public facilities. This article start s from the basisof the habits and the psychological needs of the elderly, and summarizes the relationshipbetween the design of public facilities and landscape design of the aging community. Carryout analysis by some of the problems encountered in the actual design process of theRiverside Park of Zhenjiang center for senior citizens to look for a simple and feasiblesolution. This article combines the elements of the relationship between the elderlypsychological, physiological, and with the environment to illustrate the important role of the public facilities design in landscape design . Through the analysis, summary andpractice, summed up the point of attention on aging community in the landscape designof public facilities planning and design principles and methods, expecting to play acertain reference role for the design of which in future.

0 引言老龄化社区景观设计是为了给老年人提供一个良好的交流、休息和娱乐空间。因为老年人在生理、心理、活动方式和经济状况等方面具有很大的差异性，所以他们需要提供更加人性化的设计关怀，而这一切就是以良好的公共设施规划设计作为基础的。良好的公共设施能使老年人在室外环境中获得一个最佳的生活状态。因此，在对老龄化社区进行景观设计的过程中，要特别注重公共设施的规划与设计。当前，我国老年人基本上与其他年龄段的人群混住，居住环境中很多配套设施如座椅、健身器材、台阶的尺寸和色彩按照通常标准设计和建造不能满足老年人的需要。所以，我们也应该从一个新的角度去理解和认识公共设施规划设计的重要性。本文试图从老年人的生理和心理特征及需求入手，分析老龄化社区景观设计的侧重点，对镇江老年活动中心河滨公园的地质环境和人文环境进行了解掌握 ， 深入研究其服务设施的规划设计 。最后再以河滨公园的设计为例，说明本人在老龄化社区景观设计中公共服务设施规划设计上的设计探索与结论。
1 绪论1.1 论文选题1.1.1 课题研究背景我国正快速进入老龄化社会 （ 图一 ） 。 2012 年的 《 政府工作报告 》 提出 ， 要 “ 积极发展老龄事业 ， 加快建设社会养老服务体系，努力让城乡老年人都老有所养 ， 幸福安度晚年。 ” 全国两会期间，老龄化以及养老问题 ，成为来自各行各业代表委员们谈论的热点话题。
