摘要“绘本”这一词源最早出自于日本，日文当用汉字为 “絵本”，英文写法为“Picture book”，意则“画出来的书”。顾明思义，就是绘图组成主要的文本，并配以少量文字，以图文契合的方式来体现作品内容的一种书籍形式。二十一世纪“读图时代”的到来，加上绘本自身发展进入黄金时期，其独特的表现形式和视觉符号时常被运用到视觉设计当中。82874

本次课题的研究形式是以食物绘本为主所做的一系列视觉设计。本论文旨在了解绘本在创作过程中的基本规律和创作要点，尝试探讨绘本中所包含的美学、心理学、文学、设计学。并且通过自身实践去创作一本绘本，借以更好地了解绘本中的图形符号、颜色运用及装帧方式。

    论文的研究内容主要分为六个部分，第一部分阐述课题的研究背景和意义；第二部分主要分析国内外对该课题的研究现状；第三部分对《MAMA食谱手记》这本绘本中的设计方案进行一个简单的陈述；第四、五、六部分则是详尽地阐述《MAMA食谱手记》这本绘本的前期草案、中期进度、最终定稿这三个过程。

Abstract   Picture books written in English is "Picture book", and "picture book" The earliest etymology comes from Japan, when Japanese use Chinese characters as "picture book" 。Meaning the "painted books。" Actually, picture books is mainly paintings, drawings, mainly composed of text, and with a small amount of text to fit the graphic way to reflect a book form works content。 "Reading Pictures" soon "electronic age" twenty-first century, with picture books into the golden age of its development, its unique form of expression and visual symbols is often applied to visual design。

    This research forms the subject of food mainly made of a series of picture books based visual design。 This paper aims to understand the basic rules of picture books and creative elements in the creative process, and try to explore the aesthetics of picture books contained, psychology, literature, design school。 And through its own practice to the creation of a picture book picture books to better understand the graphical symbols, use of color and binding manner。

    Contents of this paper is pided into six parts, the first part of the study describes the background and significance of the subject; the second part analyzes the research status of the subject; the third part of "MAMA recipes Notes" in this picture book design program a simple statement; the fourth, fifth, sixth part is a comprehensive description of "MAMA recipes Notes" picture book of this preliminary draft medium-term progress, finalized three processes
