摘要依靠纳米技术进行肿瘤治疗是目前生物技术领域最前沿的研究课题之一。由于手术、放化疗治疗肿瘤的强烈副作用使得纳米技术成为了继手术、放化疗治疗肿瘤的有效途径。多壁碳纳米管(Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes, MWCNTs)具有高效的膜穿透、高纯度等优点,低毒,能够负载大量药物,这使得多壁碳纳米管在用作负载抗癌药物靶向载体具有极大的优势。本实验以叶酸改性壳聚糖修饰多壁碳纳米管使其靶向给药。33505
多壁碳纳米管负载氯化血红素超声化学激活,体外抗肿瘤作用的实验,采用CCK-8染色法检测多壁碳纳米管负载氯化血红素在超声化学激活条件下对多种癌细胞体外增殖活性影响。多壁碳纳米管负载氯化血红素超声活化后对MGC-803、MCF-7具有一定的生长抑制作用;氯化血红素超声活化后对两者也有一定的生长抑制作用,且前者抑制作用强于后者。

Title The construction of Carbon Nanotubes Loaded sonosensitizer folic acid Targeted drug Carrier and Ultrasound Activated the Killing Effect of tumor cells in vitro
Abstract
Tumor therapy relied on nanotechnology is currently one of the most advanced research fields in the field of biotechnology. Since the strong side effects of the surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cancer, nanotechnology has become to the effective way for cancer following the surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Multi walled carbon nanotubes (Multi-walled carbon nanotubes, MWCNTs) have the advantages of high efficient membrane penetration and high purity, low toxicity, can load numerous drugs, which makes multi-walled carbon nanotubes have great advantages to be used as the load of anticancer drug that target to the carrier. In this experiment, folic acid modified chitosan modified multi walled carbon nanotubes to targeted drug delivery.
The experiments of multi-walled carbon nanotubes supported protohemin ultrasonic chemical activation anti-tumor effect in vitro, are staining by CCK-8 method for the detection of multi-walled carbon nanotubes supported protohemin in ultrasonic chemical activation conditions on proliferation of various cancer cells in vitro effects. After ultrasound chemical activation, the carbon nanotubes supported protohemin have a growth inhibition on MGC-803, MCF-7; after ultrasound activation, protohemin also has some growth inhibition on both, and the inhibition of the former is stronger than the latter.
