摘要：为了研究淮阴师范学院的在读大学生社会支持与人格特征之间存在何种关联，本次研究采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和艾森克人格问卷简式量表（EPQ-RSC），对淮阴师范学院在校学生进行问卷调查。结果表明淮阴师范学院大学生社会支持和人格特征在性别、是否独生子女、是否班级干部、家庭经济和学校成绩间均存在不同程度的显著性差异，人格特征的内外向（E维度）和社会支持各个方面呈正相关，精神质（P维度）和社会支持总分、客观支持、对支持的利用度呈负相关，神经质（N维度）和客观支持呈负相关。可以得出结论：淮阴师范学院大学生社会支持和人格特征间有显著关系，在大学生的人格培养中, 要重视学生良好的社会支持网络的建立和使用。74778

Abstract：In order to investigate the relationship of Huaiyin Normal University students' social support and personality, this research use Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised, Short Scale for Chinese(EPQ-RSC) to investigate Huaiyin Normal University students by questionnaire survey。 The results of the research indicate that Huaiyin Normal University students’ social support and personality have difference in sex, whether the only child and the class cadre, family economy and school record。 The introversion and extroversion of personality (E dimension) was positively related to the all aspects of social support, the psychoticism (P dimension) was negatively correlated with the total score of social support, the objective support and the utilization of support, the neuroticism (N dimension) was negatively correlated with the objective support。 Thus, it can be concluded that Huaiyin Normal University students' social support and personality have important relations, and in college students' personality cultivation, we have to pay more attention to establish and use the students' good social network。
