摘要随着科技的不断创新与发展,尤其是模式识别兴起和计算机图形等科 学的进步,生物特征识别技术的优势日益凸显。生物特征识别不再是依据 传统的标示物或标示知识,而突破性地采用自动化技术手段,对个人生理 或行为特征进行检测和统计,并将这些特征或特点与数据库的数据进行匹 对,以此来确定登录者的真实身份。在安全需求日益加强的今天,传统的 身份识别技术存有不方便、不可靠、不安全等诸多缺点,不能够再给人们 的信息安全的提供强有力的保障。而生物识别技术在克服传统身份识别上 有了重要突破,尤其是手指静脉识别技术具有速度高、精度高、安全等级 高和非接触式等优势,所以手指静脉识别技术将会是未来一种更为有效和 实用的识别方式。84854

本文,针对以往手指静脉识别采集设备和图像预处理等方面存在的不 足,进行了改进和创新。在硬件设计方面,论文提出了静脉采集系统的总 体方案,选用更为可靠、高效的红外光源、CMOS      图像传感器等元器件,并对系统各模块电路进行改进和优化,能使手指静脉采集装置系统更稳定、

有效地采集到高质量的静脉图像。在图像预处理方面,首先采用图像边缘 检测,来消除边界噪声的影响并完成尺寸归一化;再通过比较不同的灰度 插值算法,对图像进行尺寸归一化处理;最后,比较几种不同阈值选取方 法,来确定适合此静脉采集设备的阈值选取算法。

Abstract With continuous innovation and development of technology, especially the progress of science and the rise of computer graphics, pattern recognition and other advantages of biotechnology has become increasingly prominent。 biotechnology is no longer based on traditional markers or labeled knowledge, and automation technology breakthrough, physiological or behavioral characteristics of inpiduals to detect and statistics, and these features or characteristics of the data in the database to be matched to to determine the true identity of the  registrant。

In the growing security needs strengthening today, the traditional identification technology there is inconvenient, unreliable, unsafe and  many other shortcomings, we can not give people the information and provide a strong security guarantee。 The biotechnology has made an important breakthrough in overcoming the traditional identity, especially finger vein  recognition technology has high speed, high precision, high level of security  and non-contact type, and other advantages, so the finger  vein  recognition technology will be the future of a more for the effective and practical means of identification。

This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign finger vein recognition of knowledge, analysis and design before the people as a reference, and further innovation and upgrading。 In the hardware design, the paper presents a general scheme vein acquisition system, select more reliable CMOS image sensor device, and the hardware configuration, the light source image acquisition device circuit of each module  for  further  improvement  and  optimization, enabling finger vein acquisition device more stable and efficient image acquisition, high-quality images will lay a good foundation for the subsequent image processing。 In the image processing, the paper image enhancement and

image segmentation study and arrive at a more perfect image processing methods。
