摘要近年来,随着我国现代化进程加快,建筑、汽车、造船等加工制造业在经济领域中的地位逐年升高,管材的应用也显得越来越重要,而管材在使用时需要先经过精准切割,确保切割后的管材在焊接后能够符合使用标准。这就要求切割管材时应严格按照工作需求,沿预设相贯线进行切割。目前相贯线切割多采用数控切割机进行切割,数控切割机在数十年的发展中已经形成智能、方便、多功能等特点。86057

而我国现今市场上使用的切割机大多不能完成三维管材的有效切割,工作效率较低,增加成本,同时还不能保证切割的成果是否符合要求。因此,本文主要对切割机的数控系统进行探讨、研究,采用多轴数控的形式设计切割机,对数控系统进行深入研究。同时,对管材相贯线进行建模,分析其模型,通过仿真结果检验切割系统是否合理,实现对切割机数控系统的优化。本文的主要研究内容如下:

第一章为绪论部分,简要叙述相贯线切割技术及数控切割机的发展历程和现今国内外现状,同时给出本论文研究的主要内容。

第二章给出五轴联动切割机的主要定义,对数控系统硬件部分的上位机、下位机和伺服驱动部分进行设计。

第三章是基于方管、圆柱管切割的相贯线数学建模。

第四章是圆柱管与圆柱管相贯线的仿真。

最后,作者对本文的研究内容进行总结,并对数控切割机发展进行了展望。

Abstract In recent years,along with the development of modernization,construction, automobile, shipbuilding and other processing and manufacturing in the field of economic status rise year by year,the application of pipe also appears more and more important,and pipe when use need through precision cutting, ensure that after cutting the pipe to use standard after welding。This requires cutting pipes should be in strict accordance with the job requirements,the curve along the preset for cutting。At present,a lot of nozzle-vessel junction line adopts CNC cutting machine for cutting,CNC cutting machine has been formed in the decades of development of intelligent, convenient, multi-function, etc。

However,our country existing cutter is ensure the maximum cutting thickness of cut the branch pipe can be cut through the principle of setting cutting speed,so the cutting efficiency is low,therefore, this article on the study of control system for nc cutting machine,by establishing the mathematical model of the curve of control are realized the five-axis linkage control of CNC cutting machine to improve the efficiency of nc cutting。In this paper, the main work is as follows:

The first chapter is the introduction part, the brief development course of nc cutting technology and the status quo at home and abroad, introduced the research background of this paper and the main research content。

The second chapter analysis the basic principle of five-axis linkage CNC cutting machine, CNC cutting system is introduced in this paper the software and hardware and the design of servo drive system。

The third chapter is based on the square tube, the curve of cylindrical tube cutting mathematical modeling。

The fourth chapter is cylindrical tube and the simulation of the curve of cylindrical tube。

Finally, the author of this paper summarizes the research contents, and the development of CNC cutting machine is discussed。
