摘要:恒压频比控制是交流电动机变频调速最基本的控制方式,大多数情况下变频调速装置都会有这种功能,这种工作方式能够在很多场合实现交流电动机调速控制的要求,并且操作简单,是通用变频器的基本工作模式。采用恒压频比控制这种技术,在基频下的调速过程中可以使电动机气隙磁通基本恒定,在恒转矩情况下,电动机在变频调速过程中的转差率是会保持恒定的,所以电动机的机械特性较硬和有较好的调速性能。但是在频率较低的情况下,定子阻抗压降所占比重较大,电动机就很难保持气隙磁通不变,这种情况下的电动机的最大转矩将随频率的下降而降低。为了使电动机在低频低速时还能有较高的转矩,所以在低频时应进行低频电压补偿,使电动机在低频时仍保持较大转矩。当前交流异步电动机的调速系统已经得到了广泛的应用,并且起到了节能和提高设备自动化的良好效果.本文章在分析交流异步电动机变频调速的原理基础上,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件,实现了转速恒压频比控制的交流异步电动机调速系统的仿真,并且分析了仿真的结果。24142

Abstract :Constant ratio control is the basic AC motor inverter control, frequency control devices in most cases will have this feature, this way of working to achieve the requirements of AC motor speed control on many occasions, and the operation simple, basic modes of general inverter. Constant ratio control using this technique, the governor of the process of the fundamental frequency of the motor air gap flux can be substantially constant at constant torque, the motor frequency conversion process will keep the slip constant, the harder the mechanical characteristics of the motor speed and better performance. But at a lower frequency, the larger the proportion of stator resistance voltage drop, it is difficult to keep the motor air gap flux constant, the maximum torque of the motor in this case will decrease with decreasing frequency. To speed the motor can have a low frequency in the higher torque, it should be in the low frequency voltage compensation, when the motor torque is larger remains low frequencies. Current AC induction motor speed control system has been widely used, and played a good effect to improve energy efficiency and automation equipment. Principles based on the analysis in this article AC induction motor frequency control on the application of MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation software, the speed constant frequency than the AC induction motor speed control system simulation control, and analysis of simulation results.
