    摘要:本课题的主要研究内容是对kintex7芯片的内核电压和温度进行实施监。kintex7芯片内部内置传感器,可将温度和相关电压等信号进行采集。这些模拟信号经kintex7芯片内部的12bit的ADC模块后自动存储到状态寄存器,本课题的设计主要是将状态寄存器的部分值读出。为此需要设计状态机来控制寄存器选择输出相关信息,即将命令序列从XADC的输入端口输入,输出端口会自动将芯片的电压和温度信息输出,在必须遵循XADC的时序的前提下进行。本课题需要输出的信息包括Vbram,Vaux,tem(温度),Vint。当温度超过芯片的承受范围和由于外界原因导致内核电压不正常时,需要手动关闭设备,防止芯片损坏,在一定程度上延长了芯片的寿命,保证整个系统的完好性。 24221

    The design based on the monitoring on the temperature and voltage of in-core of Kintex7                              
    Abstract: The main contents of this issue is to implement the monitoring on the in-core voltage and temperature of kintex7 chip .Built-in sensors of a kintex7 chip is available, and they can acquire temperature and related voltage or other signals. These analog signals is automatically stored to the status register after being processed through kintex7 chip's internal 12bit ADC module, and the design of the subject is mainly to read out the value of the status register. Therefore, this requires the design of state machine for controlling the register to select the output on relevant information; that is to say ,the command sequence is placed in the XADC input ports and output ports will automatically carry the chip’s voltage and temperature information out but 
    in the premise , the  procedure must follow the timing of the XADC. The output information required in this topic includes Vbram, Vaux, tem (temperature), Vint.                                             
    When the temperature exceeds the tolerance range of the chip and the core voltage is not normal due to external causes, to prevent the chip from being damaged , you need to manually shut down the device. To a certain extent, this behavior will extend the life of the chip to ensure the integrity of the entire system.
