要煤炭发电是许多发展中国家的主要供能方式之一,燃煤电厂与雾霾,一直是难以 解开的结。尽管清洁能源项目不断上马,中国作为一个贫油、少气、相对富煤的国家, 煤炭资源占一次能源比例达到 70%。不光是煤炭的正常使用,当煤置于常态下时,会 和空气中富含的氧气发生吸附和化合作用(氧化反应),这是煤自燃和发热的根本原 因。一面是居高不下的电力需求、煤电作用暂难替代,一面是雾霾围城、公众舆论压 力加大,我们迫切需要对煤炭燃烧产生的污染进行处理和“降温”。本课题设计的意 义即寻找并设计合适方案监控煤堆积时内部温度变化,减少不必要的损失,保障人民 生命财产安全。95143

为满足设计需要,需要选取合适温度传感器进行煤堆内部温度采集,还需要据煤 堆发热状态对抑制措施进行多点控制,选用合适的阻容达到抗干扰效果,设计具体电 路时设计合适的保护电路;工作中需要使用多位液晶显示模块,这样能够使测温显示 更加直观;根据设计要求需要使用单片机进行设计控制;使用部分电容电阻设计一个 保护电路;使用蜂鸣器设计报警电路,当温度达到临界时,蜂鸣器发出声音报警;之 后触发充氮阀门的操作,来对煤堆进行降温控制。

通过长期工作,完成设计任务并进行了一系列的实验操作,实验表明,我所设计 的温度监控系统能够在多工况下,较好的完成测温及报警工作,实验较为成功。

Abstract Coal power generation is one of the major forms of energy supply in many developing countries, and coal-fired power plants and haze have been difficult to unravel。 Although clean energy projects continue to be launched, China as an oil, gas, relatively rich in coal, coal resources total primary energy ratio reached 70%。 Not only is the normal use of coal, when coal is placed under normal conditions, it will be absorbed and combined with oxygen in the air (oxidation reaction), which is the root cause of coal spontaneous combustion and fever。 One side is the high demand for electricity, the role of coal is temporarily difficult to replace, and the other is haze siege, public opinion pressure increased, we urgently need to deal with the pollution of coal  combustion and cooling"。 The significance of this project is to find and design a suitable program to monitor the internal temperature changes during coal accumulation, reduce unnecessary losses and ensure the safety of people's lives and property。

In order to meet the design requirements, the need for coal pile internal temperature acquisition suitable temperature sensor, according to the need of coal heap heating state of the multi point control of measures to suppress the volume reached the anti-interference effect suitable resistance, specific design of circuit protection circuit design suitable to use liquid crystal display module; a number of works, it can the temperature display is more intuitive; according to the requirements of the design requires the use of single-chip microcomputer control; using the partial capacitance resistance design a protection circuit design; use the buzzer alarm circuit, when the temperature reaches the critical time, the buzzer sound alarm; after triggering the nitrogen valve operation of coal pile temperature control。

Through long-term work, to complete the design task and the experimental operation, a series of experiments show that the temperature control system I designed can in many conditions, better to complete the temperature measurement and alarm, the more successful experiment。
