摘要:伴随着人们赖以生存环境的不断恶化,污染愈加严重,一种清洁可再生能源——太阳能得到愈来愈广泛的应用。太阳能光伏发电是将太阳能转换为电能,为保证发电效率太阳能发电站大多分布在阳光充足的地方,只有充分接受阳光照射才能最大效率的利用光伏板将太阳能转换为电能,但光伏板上难免会有尘土、杂物落在上面严重影响发现效率,所以对光伏板进行定期清洁十分必要。由于太阳能光伏电站分布范围广,人工清洁耗时费力,再加上现今在工业4.0不断推进,远程控制机器清洁已经成为工业发展的必然趋势。本系统机械部分为一个由两台电机拉动的刮刷,刮刷来回移动实现光伏板的除尘清洁。控制部分由终端设备,电站本地监控中心,云端远程监控系统三部分组成,实现了(1)终端设备控制下的每天自动除尘清洁;(2)终端设备故障自动报警,并能通过云端将报警信息发送到工作人员手机上;(3)可以通过网页远程对终端设备进行控制,读取设备故障信息,也可以通过电站本地监控中心对本电站所控设备进行监控。(4)下雨天气自动加刮,大风天气自动停止工作。本系统具体实施方案如下:

(1)查阅资料,了解了太阳能光伏发电板清洁除尘的研究现状以及常用方法,并对本系统的控制方案进行了结构设计。

(2)设计了清洁系统控制部分的硬件结构,对主要元器件进行了选型。

(3)对交流电流有效值的测量方案进行了硬件与软件的设计,编写了终端设备控制程序以及电站本地监控中心上位机程序,设计了云端数据库与网页。

Abstract:With the continuous deterioration of people's living environment, pollution is more serious, a clean renewable energy ---- solar energy has been more and more widely used. Solar photovoltaic power generation is the conversion of solar energy into electricity, in order to ensure the power generation efficiency, most of the solar power stations in the sunny places, only accepting fully the sun to maximize the efficiency of the use of photovoltaic panels will be converted into solar energy, but the photovoltaic board will inevitably have dust, debris fall above the serious impact of the discovery of efficiency, so the regular cleaning of the photovoltaic panels is necessary. As a result of a wide range of solar photovoltaic power plant, manual cleaning time and effort, coupled with the continuous advance in the industry 4.0, remote control machine cleaning has become an inevitable trend of industrial development. The mechanical part of the system is a brush driven by two motors, scraping back and forth to achieve the removal of dust removal of photovoltaic panels. Control part of the terminal equipment, power plant local monitoring center, cloud remote monitoring system composed of three parts, achieving: (1) the terminal equipment under the control of the daily automatic dust cleaning; (2) terminal equipment failure automatic alarm, and through the cloud to send alarm information to the staff phone; (3)through the web page remote control the terminal equipment , read the equipment fault information, or control the equipment controlled by the power station through the local monitoring center.
