摘要:随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,渡船的作用也越来越大,一方面是缓解公路运输的巨大压力,另一方面也是我国向海洋发展的必要性,渡船的低廉价格和运输效率为我国的运输业创造了巨大的价值。渡船是在江海、湖海、海岸及两岛之间负责运输任务的船。由于渡船某些局部的强度不足,会造成损失或者事故,船员的伤亡和经济方面的受损情况已经逐步收到关注,因此对汽渡船的船体强度进行检验是非常重要的一个环节,也是特别必要的步骤。

选择汽车渡船的某一段进行patran软件的建模,主要是为了能够即时对比实验模型和有限元计算法则之间的差别,通过一步步地修正,修改二者之间的技术性误差,从而达到一个较为准确也较为平衡的对应关系。

有限元法作为一种范围广泛广泛,效果显著的数值分析法,在汽车渡船乃至各种船舶的强度计算中起着不可忽视的作用。本论文以48米汽车渡船为研究对象,采用大型通用软件MSC.NASTRAN,建立仿真模型,然后进行强度校核。计算结果表明:该仿真模型甲板局部有着一定的应力集中现象,应力集中主要在甲板的轮印处,相较于其它区域,轮印处的应力集中尤为明显。为了更加直接地表示出计算的结果,采用变形图和应力云图这两种表达方式。

Ferry is a ship that sails between rivers, lakes, straits and islands. Because of the lack of strength of some parts of the ferry, resulting in maritime accidents, personnel casualties and economic losses have been increasingly received attention, so the strength of the ferry check is a very critical step, is also very necessary.

Select a section of the car ferry to patran software modeling, The aim is to be able to instantly compare the error between the actual model and the finite element calculation results, through a step by step correction, modify the technical error between the two, so as to achieve a more Accurate and more balanced correspondence.

Finite element method as a wide range of widely used, the effect of significant numerical analysis, in the ferry and even the strength of various ships in the calculation plays a role can not be ignored. In this paper, The main research is the 48 meter car ferry, I mainly use the large-scale finite element software Patran,from establish the model simulation strength check. The calculated content shows that the virtual model has a certain localized stress concentration, mainly on the side of the deck model, where the stress concentration is obvious compared with the other regions. In order to more directly show the results of the calculation, the use of deformation and stress cloud diagram of these two expressions.
