    摘要风力发电正在迅猛发展起来,风电因其具有独有优势,已成为用于发电化石燃料已外的重要发电来源。目前在风电接入配电网方面,学者们做了诸多的探索,而且取得了丰富的科研果实,但仍有一些问题存在,如随着风电容量在电网中的比例的逐渐增加及其规模的逐步扩大,当其并到配电网会给区域电网所带来的危害就暴露出来。无功功率是配网系统中十分重要的参数,电网的稳定运行与它关系相当密切。配网的规模在渐渐扩大,所以会需要更多的无功对其要求也会更加严格,无功补偿对配网来说变得相当重要。基于此,大力发展无功补偿技术已是大势所趋。
        有两个方面课题是在配网无功功率补偿中重点探索的:其一是无功补偿理论的研究,另外是对补偿装置的研究。无功补偿的容量与方式的优化配置主要是通过一些优化原则和配置原则来确定的,以此来实现配电网电能质量的提高以及系统损耗的有效降低。在当下配电网,并联电容器、SVC以及STATCOM皆为常用的补偿装置。合理的选择无功补偿装置对配电网系统进行补偿,需要综合考虑应用的场所、经济性等诸多因素。 38060
        为了更好的分析风电机组并入配电网对电网电压波动的影响,论文先是分析了风力发电技术、风电并网、无功补偿技术应用现状,而后讲述了无功补偿基本原理与意义,选择无功补偿与的原则,和一些常用无功的补偿装置 SVC与 STATCOM的介绍。最后针对风机并入配网出现的电压波动问题,建立系统节点模型图,在基于 PSAT工具箱对含风电的配电网以及 SVC和 STATCOM进行了仿真研究,综合分析 SVC和 STATCOM应用于含风电配电网系统的补偿效果,以及在不同节点补偿,补偿容量确定的综合分析。

    Abstract Nowadays, wind power is rapidly developed. Wind power, since its unique advantages, has become an important source of power in addition to fossil fuel power generation resources. Currently, scholars have done a lot of research on Wind Power distribution grids, they have made a wealth of scientific research achievements, but there are still some problems. For example, with the gradual increase and gradually expand the scale of wind power capacity in the power grid of proportion, When it merged into the distribution network, the harm caused by the regional power grid will be exposed. The stable operation of the power network is closely related to the reactive power, which is a very important parameter in the distribution network system. The scale of the distribution network is gradually expanded.The requirements for reactive power compensation   will become more stringent.It becomes especially important for distribution network. Based on this, to develop reactive compensation technology has become a trend.       While exploring distribution network reactive power compensation, there are two important issues, one is the reactive power compensation theory, and the other is the study of the compensation device. Optimization of reactive power compensation is determined by a number of optimization principle and the principle of capacity and configuration mode configuration, in order to improve power quality and reduce system losses. In the moment, the distribution network, shunt capacitor, SVC and STATCOM are the commonly used compensation devices. Reasonable choice of reactive power compensation device to compensate for the power distribution system needs to consider many factors, such as the application sites, economy, etc.
    In order to better analyze the impact of wind turbines incorporated with a grid on the grid voltage fluctuation, my paper firstly analyzes the wind power technology, wind power, and the status of reactive compensation technology. The next part of the article describes the basic principles of reactive power compensation and meaning, select principle of reactive power compensation, and introductions of SVC and STATCOM, which are the common reactive power compensation devices. Finally, the establishment of the system node model diagram appears when incorporated for distribution network voltage fluctuation fan, PSAT-based distribution network toolbox containing wind power as well as SVC and STATCOM simulation research. Comprehensive analysis of the SVC and STATCOM compensation effect is applied power distribution system including wind power, and a comprehensive analysis to determine the compensation and compensation capacity of different nodes.
