摘要电力能源作为清洁的二次能源为社会经济生产活动和人类生活提供了不竭的动力支持。在我国电能行业大力发展的基础下,发电、变电、输电、配电等组成的整个电力系统已经成为新时代下我国的支柱产业。电能量的使用体现在人们日常生产和活动的各个方面。随着在电网中起承上启下作用的10kV变配电所的大量采用,广大用户普遍关心的是如何提高配电系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。所以增强电力能源安全系数和操作可靠性对于日常的生产生活将会产生特殊的意义。40858
关于某一所高校公共生活休闲区的10kV配电系统设计是本次重点研究的问题。作为衔接电网与学校公共生活区的重要枢纽各个环节的设计都显得尤为重要。在了解该校基本电网结构布局后,运用获取的用户用电数据开展负荷的分析计量来最终获得无功补偿后的具体的电力负荷参数值。通过进行短路的相关计量确立电气主接线方案设计、选取和检验变电所装置、继电保护整定、确定二次回路具体执行方法。在上述各环节中,主接线的确定是至关重要的环节,它对于后序各个环节的设备选择、配电装置装设等的拟定有着决定性的作用,还将会是确保电气能源系统长久安全工作的可靠性、灵敏性、和经济实用性的重要力量。

Abstract
Electrical energy as a clean secondary energy provides living power and support the social production. Under the basis of the electric power industry developing in our country, power generation, substation, transmission and distribution of the whole electric power system has become a pillar industry of our country under the new era. The use of electricity is embodied in all aspects of People's Daily life. As plays the essential role in the grid of a large number of adoptions of 10 kV distributions, the masses of users generally care about how to improve the stability and reliability of distribution system is running. So to improve the stability and reliability for daily production and living has a special significance.
Some school public living area of 10 kV power distribution system design is my important research problem of this. As an important hub cohesion power grid with the school public living quarters each link of the design is particularly important. After understanding the basic situation, the use of access to user data load analysis and calculation to determine the reactive power compensation. Simultaneously short circuit calculation, the main electrical wiring design, selection and calibration substation equipments, relay protection setting, secondary loop scheme is determined. In the above link, the determination of the main wiring is a vital link, it is part of equipment selection, after distribution equipment installed such as the proposed has a decisive role, will also to the security and reliability of power system operation for a long time, flexibility, and the influence of the economy has to be reckoned with.
