摘要开关磁阻电机由于具有结构简单、成本低廉、坚固耐用、鲁棒性好、调速范围宽、容错能力强等诸多优点,而被广泛应用于工农业、机械制造业以及国防等领域,在市场中具有很强的竞争力。但是也因为其自身非线性的结构特点,导致开关磁阻电机在控制方面的复杂性,以及转矩脉动大和噪声大的缺点。 本文首先从开关磁阻电机的起源说起,分析国内外开关磁阻电机的研究状况及研究方向,说明了开关磁阻电机的优缺点。然后从基本原理、运行特性与基本控制策略方面分析了开关磁阻电机的基本理论,并详细介绍开关磁阻电机的数学模型,包括基本方程、线性模型和准线性模型。 针对三相开关磁阻电机,在 Matlab/Simulink 仿真平台下,对调速系统的各个模块进行了详细的分析,介绍了各模块的组成与功能。接着搭建开关磁阻电机调速系统仿真模型, 验证了电源电压、开通角与关断角对电机运行的影响,最后利用分段式 PI 调节器减小了转速的脉动和静差,达到比较好的调速结果。 49150

Title Control Principle and Simulation Research of Switched Reluctance Motor
Abstract Because of simple structure, low cost, strong and durable, good robustness, wide speed range, strong fault tolerant ability, the switched reluctance motor, which has a strong competitiveness in the market, has been widely used in agriculture and industry, machinery manufacturing, defense, and other fields. But the nonlinear structure of the switched reluctance motor leads to complex control, and large torque ripple and noises. Firstly, This paper introduced the origin, the current research and the research direction of switched reluctance motor of home and abroad, and then analyzed its advantages and disadvantages. Next, the basic theory of switched reluctance motor was analyzed, which included basic principle, operation characteristics and basic control strategies. Lastly, the mathematical model of switched reluctance motor was introduced in details. For three-phase switched reluctance motor, the each module's composition and function of the speed control system were analyzed under the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform .Through setting up simulation model of switched reluctance motor speed control system, this paper verified the influence of the power supply voltage, turn-on angle and turn-off angle to the motor. Finally, to reduce the speed pulse and static differential, sectional PI regulator was used in this subject.
