摘要:运动控制系统一般是使用各种电机作为驱动源,并使用电力电子元件或功率调节装置等作为核心器件的控制装置作为控制器,控制电机的输出速度、输出转矩、旋转位置等为目标的电气控制系统,在工业生产领域广泛的应用。当今,企业对生产设备的要求是设备生产成本越来越低,但同时能够提供越来越高的生产效率。52657
文中分别对旋转运动定位与同步控制问题、直线运动定位与同步控制问题、模拟缠绕达标运动控制问题的三种控制对象进行分析,以对象1为重点,分析了硬件的选型和组成结构,并对三种控制对象的控制要求和控制问题进行了重点的分析。对于3个控制对象,分别给出了控制思路。
在控制方案的硬件设计方面,选择了西门子SINAMICS S120作为电机驱动控制装置,根据这三种典型控制对象为研究背景,对基于西门子S7-300PLC和西门子S120的驱动控制系统的实际控制过程以及调试进行了深入学习,对实现S7-300PLC和西门子S120伺服驱动装置的通讯,以及实现运动系统的点动、回零点和定位程序步的功能试验过程进行了简单介绍。

Design of conveyor based on PLC control system
Abstract:Motion control system is generally using various motor as the driving source, and applied widely in the field of industrial production and use of power electronic components or power regulating device, etc. as the core component of the control device as a controller, control of the motor output speed, output torque, rotating position as the target of electric control system. Nowadays, the requirement of production equipment is more and more low, but at the same time, it can provide more and more production efficiency.
This paper respectively to rotary motion positioning and synchronous control problem, linear motion positioning and synchronization control problem, winding standard motion control problem of three control object simulation analysis, focus on object 1, analyzes the hardware selection and structure and control of three kinds of control objects and control problems are the focus of analysis. For the 3 control objects, the control idea is given respectively.
In the control scheme of the hardware design, select the SINAMICS S120 as a motor drive control device, according to the three kinds of typical control object as the research background, based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and Siemens S120 drive control system of the actual control process and debugging the in-depth study, to realize S7-300 PLC and Siemens S120 servo drive device of communication, and the realization of motion system, back to zero and positioning program step function test process has carried on the simple introduction.
