摘要:煤矿空气里面会含有高浓度的瓦斯气体,出现意外事故将带来重大的经济损失,甚至带走员工宝贵的生命。近年来,开采深度逐渐加深,事故发生率也越来越多。若不可以把瓦斯意外事件控制好,很难稳定的生产。因此,为瓦斯浓度的检测尤其重要,为保证矿产安全具有重大意义。因此,研制先进适用的煤矿气体监测系统对煤矿工业安全生产,减少事故发生和生命财产损失有重要意义,市场应用前景十分广阔。61278
基于气体传感器的甲烷气体监测系统主要由气体传感器、单片机、数据存储器以及LED显示器以及无线传感器等部分组成。采用单片机AT89S52构成煤矿气体监测系统的核心部分,根据气体传感器及测量的信号,实现对CH4的成分识别和浓度测量;使用按键面板输入外部命令;采用ATMEL公司的DataFlash存储器AT24CO2存储设定的参数及大量的测量数据;通过8只8段LED数码管显示气体浓度:也可以在PC机控制模式下,采用RS-232协议,实现数据无线远传。

Abstract: There is a lot of methane gas (CH4) in coal mines and the potential accidents will bring heavy economic losses to the society, even take away valuable lives of employees. In recent years, as mining goes deeper, the accident rate has increased substantially. If the gas accidents cannot be control efficiently, it is difficult to safeguard the stable production. Therefore, the detection of gas concentration is especially important, which has attracted more and more attention from the people.
Methane gas monitoring system based on gas sensor is mainly composed of gas sensor, microcontroller, data memory, LED display and wireless sensor.. Single chip AT89S52 is used as a core part of the coal mine gas monitoring system, according to the signal of gas sensor and measuring, of CH4 component recognition and concentration measurement; external command button input panel; using ATMEL DataFlash memory AT24CO2 storage setting parameters of and a large number of measurements; through 8 eight Segment LED digital tube display gas concentration: can also control mode in PC by RS-232 protocol, the realization of wireless data transmission.
